How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking as soon as your move date is confirmed, especially during peak seasons. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
How is pricing calculated?
Moves are billed hourly based on crew size and trucks required, plus a one-time service charge. All pricing is discussed upfront.
Will you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes, standard furniture disassembly and reassembly is included as needed.
How do you protect my furniture?
We pad, wrap, and shrink-wrap furniture to ensure it’s protected throughout the move.
What items can’t you move?
We cannot transport hazardous materials (propane, gasoline, chemicals, fireworks), perishable food, pool tables, or hot tubs.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my move?
Yes. Changes made within 2 days of the move date are subject to a $250 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Do I need to empty dresser drawers?
Yes. All drawers must be emptied to prevent damage and ensure safe handling.
